Got paint to restore some eyes and symbols!!

I got to go shopping yesterday (my husband let me go to a craft store unsupervised!!), and I got some acrylics and brushes to rescue some ponies who need a touch-up.    I haven't done any cleaning on these ponies, but I'll do that before I start painting, of course. 

This Apple Jack has some very faded apples on one side.  (She also has a very rusty washer, which has caused some other issues inside.)

Baby Stockings has a pretty severe eye rub.  (I'll see about fixing that ear some other time.)

Salty's symbol is a bit scratched.  I actually haven't definitely decided that I'm going to touch it up, but I'm thinking I'll like it better if I do.

Both of Seaflower's eyes need some attention, one more than the other.  (And she'll eventually get new hair, too.)

Star Hopper has been shown before, but now I'm actually ready to work on her mangled symbol and pen-stabbed eye.  (Her new hair will be coming soon, and then I can show her off to everyone.)

Did you get something to seal up the paint once you're done? Matte mod podge is pretty nice. Good luck!!

Im excited to see how they come out! Paint restorations totally restore old ponies so they look like new.

I have been doing a couple of restorations for ponies, but Im not brave enough to paint yet..
