They look like Cabbage Patch horses/ponies to me.  There are also fakies of these.  I don't know much about them, but I think these may be originals.

I am willing to pay upwards of $2-$3 for a nice looking cabbage patch pony. (So far I have found one I like... not really into them).

You're not alone, I find their eyes a little unsettling too, they look like they've had way too much caffeine! I do love the colour scheme and patterns on the flowery pony, though; that one has a lovely aesthetic!

They are cabbage patch ponies or Magic Meadow Ponies.  The purple glitter filled one used to come with a pink or aqua crown that is identical to the one that the eyelash my little pony wears.  They have combs that have cabbages on them.  I used to have two.  One silver with blue hair and another silver with pink hair.

Thanks, everyone!!  Thanks to the guide that Mulbiles linked, I now know that both of them are named Springsong. 

And I do find them rather creepy, as well.    They might look a little better once they are cleaned and their hair is taken care of, but I doubt I'll end up keeping them.

Some also came with the princess hair picks too of I'm not mistaken! I think they are cute, I used to have a ton in my childhood collection. They can sell anywhere from $1-10 depending on who you have and whose looking!
