Edit: You can find eye hooks for ornaments at hardware stores if you can't find them in craft stores. They have all kinds of sizes.

Thank you guys sooooo much!  I hope to find them!!!! I will check out Michaels again!!! Where at in Michaels? I was looking the modeling clay because people use them for charms. I'm guessing in a hardware store they will be with screws and nails?

There are so many lovely ornaments this year it is going to be hard to choose! 

i got something, but the more i look at the auction pictures the more i think... oh crud this might be a knock off. do you still want it? or should i try to return it?

Ack, sorry for not being around the past couple of days everyone.  Been a bit busy here, and when I am home my hubby has been using the computer for 'work' or something lame like that.

I personally haven't bought much at all for my partner yet.  Just a couple of small extras.  Think I'm going to wait until the Christmas Market before I buy the main ornament.

picked up the last ornament today.
also found a few extras at the dollar store, super cute!!! all that's left is the candy, which i'll buy right before shipping.
i found some cool old vintage wrapping paper i'm going to use to wrap all the presents. he hehe

i might have also found some star wars rebels wrapping paper i'm going to wrap my door in. 

so buying wise i'm done, just waiting for everything to show up now.

Partner, are there any ornaments you've had your eye on that I could get you? Or like "I've always wanted a ______ ornament, but never got one"? Well, I never got that G1 Cotton Candy Hallmark ornament from last year, and I've had it in my Amazon.com cart forever (it's currently $11). I was going to buy it this year, but then I got into this swap and I don't want to buy any ornaments that my partner might happen to buy for me.

I went to the PO yesterday to inquire about my partners missing ornament package, but they couldn't find it. Said they'd have the manager look into it. Well no call yet.... I may just have to order another one and see if I can return the original if/when it arrives.

That is so weird.  I wonder what the heck happened to it?  Maybe the postman DID decide to keep it.

Something I ordered arrived today.  So that's cool.  Way faster than I expected too. Making me worried about some of the things I am expecting that haven't arrived yet.  :-/

If I've got a partner who is buying retail I would adore a Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid or g4 Rarity (the pony that got me into MLP last February) ornament. An actual ornament from Rudolph or The Grinch would be equally fabulous. If my partner is one of the of the more crafty swappers, I'd love an ornament of one of my mlp favorites that I can't get retail, especially "my" ponies, Princess Serena or Cherry Sweet. An ornament of my little guys, D'Argo and Coco, would be appreciated from anyone, too. I hope I've given lots of ideas and choices.

Same here! I am waiting for November 25th to arrive so I can stroll across the Christmas markets and shop for ornaments.

So far, I have bought wrapping paper, boxes, bags and tags in some of my partner's favourite Christmas colours as well as some snacks and presents for their family members (totally not referring to pets, children, spouses ... so as not to give anything away). Everything's going great!
