I guess I'm lucky that the different Hot Topic's around me are usually cool with holding glitter variants for me. I know for two of them, they said I'm the only person who actually calls and asks, and they're all very nice. I know the manager at the one I go to the most is a Funko collector, so he understands the hunt and is always tagging me on Facebook when they get glitters in their store!

Last night I called around before leaving work, and the one HT nearest me had them in, but she said she didn't see any glitters. But then she said for me to stop by anyway, and she'd double-check in the back just in case.

I got there, and even though the Funko figures line the veeeerrry back wall now and the ponies are aaaallll the way up top, I was able to spot glitter Maud as soon as I walked in. So I got her, regular Maud and Cheese Sandwich, and the NYCC exclusive Cthulhu for my husband (darn those employees for being so good at convincing me to spend so much money during their sales).

I wasn't too excited for these two at first, but I really like them! Glitter Maud is really cute in person.

Now I'm ready for Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon!

It's from the slumber party Pinkie Pie EqG doll set, so the regular doll. I just wanted Gummy.

I kind of want Chrysalis, I hated her brushable so this would be a good substitute.

Cheese Sandwich is the first G4 boy I haven't wanted... :/

I had some luck at HT today! The guy at the rude HT was being his usual self on the phone....so I called the "Cool" HotTopic! She told me to come in because they got in Cheese! They didn't have any glitters BUT she said she remembered me from the other HT location and wrote my husband and I's name sand #'s down and taped it to the inside her cubical! She said she will definetly give us a call if any pop up since im always looking for them twice a week!

The comic book store didn't have any glitters BUT they did have Spike, Shining, pretty much all the new ones plus some Zelda figmas! I bought some comic books and starred at the diamond select MLP coin banks!

Congrats, Moonbeam! She looks like smoky quartz! *snickers at terrible rock joke Maud would make if she saw her glitter version*

Oh I know! Even the newer employees at both HT's I frequent are incredibly nice. They know me by name at this point.

Also, not sure if it was mentioned here yet or not, but Cheese Sandwich is available on their website now. No sign of Maud yet, but probably soon.

I lucked out at a  HT far far away near Denton today! They had Princess Cadance!!!!! OMGI fell to the floor and husband had to pick me up I was in shock! I squealed the whole way home with starry anime eyes!
