Code on hoof Meadowbrook?

Hey guys I have a sweet little meadowbrook from 2002 here, and she has a weird thickly print code on her hoof? (C-015D) also she has no heart mark. Her other hoof does say she's from hasbro.

Anyone know any more of this?

She sounds like the later release version? Hasbro stopped adding magnets due to health and safety and these ponies have white covers where the magnet would be and no hoof hearts.
