No shipping updates for 23 days??

OK, so I sent a very expensive doll to France... It's arrived in france according to the tracking but that was on august the 13th. Since then there hasn't been a tracking update and I'm concerned this means the package was lost. What should I do? :/ It was insured, at least, through canada post but I'd much rather the buyer get their doll.

Have you contacted your buyer yet to make sure that it has not in fact been delivered and tracking was just not updated?

I would contact the buyer and ask them if it has arrived safely. (If they don't speak English I would be happy to translate )

Otherwise, from personal experience I've noticed that these past few months my tracking numbers for international packages aren't working. I can't track my purchases so I'm thinking the French post has a problem with their track and trace.

edit: Ok, good news - the buyer is just away from home and has not been able to open the package (which HAS arrived!) which is why there's no feedback.
