Yes, that's Tangerine Twinkle and she's apart of the Divine Shine line :)

Unfortunately there's reports on how their plastic "deteriorates" over time, which looks like your Tangerine has :(
Oh no!

Sorry, I just couldn't think of the other term ^^; so I went with "deteriorates"

And its up to you pyro :) I am in absolute no position to tell you what to do with Tangerine Twinkle :P she's your pony  :satisfied:

How is it that 30 year old glittery ponies are still fairly glittery but ponies less then two decades old lose it? Its up to you but I think she's still a pretty girl.

i all ways thought the glitter was in the plastic  on these ?  so how it comes out / off  is   a mystery to me
this is the first one ive ever seen in person .

eh i guess her fate will depend on how   manky  her  hair  ends up being after a wash.
if shes not too bad ill keep her as is.  other wise     she'll go into the bait box

The glitter is inside the plastic...its just that over time it breaks down and essentially blends with the other plastic. Its why the pony goes from being transparent and glittery to being cloudy. :)

I don't think is a good idea to customize any G3 divine shine, I did a costume using a Tangerine Twinkle back when the G3 were still in store and in a couple of years as the plastizer broke down the paint became smudged like when you heat ketchup in the microwave

Also the sculped parts that were on the pony fell off, I asume the as the plastizer came out from the pony's plastic it damaged the acrylic paint and the sculping

Yup, definitely supposed to have glitter inside. AFAIK there's no method to restore her?
Unless you put glittery nail polish on her but it isn't quite the same.

These threads always make me so nervous about the state of my Divine Shines. :yikes: They were fine when I had to put them into storage, but that was over three years ago. Who knows what they'll look like when I can get them back out... Poor Schrödinger ponies, I almost don't want to ever open the box and collapse their wave function. :P
