Asking for picture donations for this year's Arena Derby. :)

Greetings, my lovely Arenans. I'm getting geared up to make another Derby happen. As usual, I look to your help to make it the best I can, using your images. Everyone who donates gets credit. I'll probably use all my previously donated pictures again from last year and so on, but I also need some new ones since this race features ponies never raced before.

I'm sure it won't take long for you savvy lot to even guess at the theme of this year's Derby.

Duplicate images are welcomed and preferred! Also, I'm hoping for pictures that are fairly bright and crisp. Not grainy, dark, or blurry. Forgive my fussiness, please. But I've noticed that picture quality plays a large part in who gets the votes.

Yay, I was just thinking about last year's derby yesterday. Coincidence? I didn't participate last year (in terms of guessing), and I don't know if I will this year either, but I had so much fun watching and voting so I can't wait! 

I only have Twilight Sparkle and (FS) Sunset Shimmer from the list, but if the sun is agreeable one day I'll try to get some pictures to donate.

This year's Derby will be simplified in that regard, just to give everyone a break from the complexity. Instead of trying to predict every race, just guess who will wind up being number one.

It is very similar to sports tournaments like March Madness.  We vote for who is to be included, then we vote which are our favorite ponies by matching them up in comparison to each other.  Ex: Do you like Fluttershy more or Sunset Shimmer?  There are also sometimes contests to predict who will be the winner!

^^^ What LBS said, although this year will be simplified. I already have all my entrants as there are a limited number of sun symbol ponies and night symbol ponies to begin with. No need for nominations.

Easier predictions this year. There will be prizes, too.
