Best way to clean SS

I think it's a little bit of both... I do want to clean her, but am afraid I will end up ruining the flocking, with my luck... It is very faint.. Looks like a line of dirt. The untrained eye non Pony person will glance over it, as is the case here because I was told she was in great condition with no marks/flocking loss. At first I thought it was dirt, but my guess it is a ballpoint pen mark.. I'm just so glad it's on her NDS, she's a beautiful SS..
