I'm all for vinaigrette and garlic, anything with bold flavours is fine by me! They work a treat when there are loads of nice crispy green peppers in the salad - yumtastic!

      I love most of them actually! especially home made of course, and I'm always up to trying something new as well or experimenting with my own flavours    
darn it I'm starving right now!
My faves have to be Italian (I :heart almost anything Italian!!!) , Olive Oil (extra virgin - love it with lemon juice, black pepper, or with balsamic vinegar), Caesar, Ranch, creamy garlic.....
sorry gotta go! I'm getting waaaay too hungry!

Oooooo YUMMY topic! This is making me want to drive up to the store and make a BIG tasty salad!!!!

For me, 90% of the time its a mix of Wish Bone ranch (because its egg white freee as im super allergic to stupid egg whites.) and extra olive oil!! First I put on a little bit of my ranch and then drench the salad in my bold Whole Foods olive oil! Mmmmmm! My olive oil is so strong in fact it almost has a kick to its so extra virginy! Gotta have my poly and mono fats! There are those times where I will want only raspberry vinegrette dressing with walnuts in my salad but thats usually a summer thing for me!

Now as far as what I put in my salads..... Lettuce and spring mix with spinach, sunflower seeds, kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, mushrooms, green olive, kalamata olives, pepper, shredded cheese, dried cranberries, goldfish crackers, walnuts, cashews, and cucumbers!!!!!!! Omg Stomper you made me soooo HUNGRY now! LoL A veggie loaded salad is a sure-fire way to make my taste buds excited!!!!!

'Tis always a tough choice between Italian and Ranch, with French as a common contender.  Catalina was my childhood favourite and a great substitute when French isn't available.

I cant have dressing anymore.

I typically just do a touch of salt, a tiny bit of olive oil and a tiny bit of some kind of acid.  Though most of the itme ill just eat it plain (I react to fats and I react to acids so its a huge dance)

I chose 'other' because my favourite thing to have on a salad is NOTHING! Aside from more salad.
Dressing is the best way to ruin a pile of delicious leaves for me.

Ranch, Caesar, Italian and Vinaigrette. Ranch is all I have at home. At restaurants, if I don't get a Caesar salad, I'll have Italian or Vinaigrette, depending on which the restaurant serves.

Now I'm hungry again ...

Salad? That's one of those things I've never recalled having. And to be honest, the dressings do not look appetizing at all. If I did eat salad, I could imagine salting it and stopping there. If I don't eat something plain (which I do most of the time), salt is the only thing I'll put on it.

It depends on which salad I'm eating, but in general, Caesar is my favourite. With croutons. Mmmmm, croutons...
