heee, I have 2 twinkles both have black face details with black stripes on their back.
I'm from the netherlands. not sure if it's rare or something but if you really feel bad about yours you can have my second one <3

Aww, that's so sweet! I think I'm figuring out that he isn't that rare, so I'm just going to keep mine and deal with the plasticizer issue. If I clean him more delicately the next time, hopefully I won't damage him anymore than he already was.

But my next question is: if my Twinkles is a euro version, how did he end up in a Craigslist box in the USA? 

Unfortunately he is not a Euro version - he looks just like a normal Twinkles to me
