Daring Do Adventure Collection Question...

I am officially able to get this on amazon.  Amazon has it for around $45 and free shipping or I could get it cheaper for around $35, plus shipping from a third party seller but I'd rather buy from amazon for this.

My question is does this set only come in hardcover, because that's what I want.  I just don't want to purchase and find that there's a paperback and I didn't know and I got that instead.

As far as I know, it's only a hardcover.  I got mine off of Amazon, and that's what I got.

Yes, the collection set was only released with hardcovers. I have the set as well, and it's one of my favorite items in my little collection, with a place of honor between my Daring Do funko and my Ahuizotl plush. I was lucky enough to autographed to my by the author too^_^ Definitely be sure to open it up and read the stories; they are wonderfully descriptive! I always recommend this set to folks, I just love it so much <3

Thanks everyone.  I wish they would release all the books but not at $75 each.  I'm glad the price dropped, I wanted it so much.  I ordered it figuring I was having a blonde moment by asking about whether or not it comes in paperback because amazon specifically says hardcover when you order. 

I didn't have to pay for shipping either.  I also have the Elements of Harmony and The Journal of the Two Sisters.  I also have a Daring Do funko and a mini funko but it's all black, and I wanted the colored one but I have the bigger one so that's ok.

i'd probably go the barnes and noble route myself.
try to keep the monopolies even.

though i really wish you could get it as an ebook, as my niece just wants to read them.

I received my package in the mail today containing the adventure collection and wow.  It's so awesome.  I've started reading Daring Do and the Marked Thief of Marapore and I think I look like Rainbow Dash when she was reading her Daring Do book in the hospital...wide-eyed, looking closely at the book and completely absorbed.  I know the books have large print and are meant for kids but I'm still enjoying it so far.

I saw the list of other books by A.K. Yearling and I was like "Ooh" at first thinking I could find them on amazon or something, then I realized it's sort of propoganda, a sort of fake list of other books even though those are A.K. Yearling's actual books but books which aren't actually available.

OK I think there are some easter eggs in these books.  The last book A.B. Ravenhoof talked to a customer whom he called Minty and I believe at the beginning of the same book Daring Do called someone Tex.

Well they're marked down to $45 on amazon and it would be free shipping.  You could wait a bit more and maybe the price will go down more.
