oops.... ok. i got a little zealous on an auction and kinda totally blew the budget.
all i could see was red and green and then suddenly it was over and i spent more than i intended.
sorry partner. sorry mkia. i hope i'll still be allowed to give everything to my partner.
I am totally serious though. i really didn't mean to. Sorry!! i just get in a frenzy at the end of auctions and keep bidding.  *bows head* sorry. (which is why i usually stick to buy it nows  )

I think we all have done that on auctions now and then I think your dedication to your partner is admirable!

Same here. I'm not sure I know what the word "budget" is. I've spent over the budget so far and I'm not done yet   Still need a few more things..


That being said, no one is obligated to go over budget in any way! The budget is there for a reason, if you choose to go over, that's fine, but please no one feel like they have to!

Lol ditto. I stop counting usually...I just like to send awesome boxes and make my swap partner happy. That's half the fun for me!

just a quick question guys
i don't collect   certain types of figures my self but i KNOW there are fakies  out there of  some of the anime  stuff.


im genuinely not sure how to tell  a fakie  apart from the real deal.
partner  are you ok with the  possibility of   receiving  something that  might be a fake?

alternatively   who can I ask   to look at an item for me to double check first?

I think shopping wise I am done, I have artwork to make and sweets to pick up but I think now I play the waiting game. I've been so swamped on artwork that I lack motivation of aaaannnnyyyyy kind at the moment :/

QUESTION: Many of you have Disney movies and characters listed but how do you feel about an item that is specific to one of the Disney Parks even if it does not contain any of the characters you have listed.
I'm thinking more along the lines of the millions of Disney pins that are only sold in that one theme park (and on ebay..naturally).
Are there any of the main characters you would like - mickey, donald, ect?

To my mind the easiest way to spot a fake is its poor quality. If you don't look at the item and think "that just doesn't look right" then I'll be happy to receive it.

I'm not a big fan of Disney's main characters. Daisy and Minnie in retro garb can be adorable but that's about it. I know many people collect and treasure Disney Pins but I've never had a strong interest in them myself. I like the charms though!
