The heart looks super fake.
But that bird on pinkie is the same bird art that is found in one of the offical sticker books. Wither or not it is official is totally up in the are though. Its not hard to get that art and just do a transfer hmm.

So, the additional pics showed a green tail like the Honey Rays girl.  Looks like that body with a Minty head.
