Baby Sugarcake just sold for how much?!

I know I can't believe it.  With the exchange rate at the moment it was over $700 AUD. 

I was the super-lucky girl who won that Baby Gametime actually!  I got the shock of my life when I won, I just stared at the screen for a couple minutes.  I'd jokingly messaged the seller offering my firstborn child, it took about two days for it to sink in!  She's carefully wrapped in plastic with my other treasured rarer ponies, I'm a bit afraid to touch her, lol 

Of course now Sugarcake is my ultimate grail.  It's disheartening when the prices go so crazy high!  I know soo many people desperately want her too, almost every second ad in the Wanted forum lists her... I wish there were enough to go round

I saw that Baby Sugarcake on eBay and had her in my watch list, but only to see what she would end up going for. I might have considered bidding UP to the starting bid, but when even that was more than I would consider paying.... yeah.... I watched the auction purely for entertainment purposes.

Having said that, she isn't my ultimate grail. I might go a bit crazier if it was a pony I really wanted.

Ooh Daffodil you lucky thing, I'm so glad you got that other baby gametime it's nice to know some of those rarer ponies are making a home here in Australia. I know the exchange rate is just appauling for us at the moment, it's a great time to be selling ponies but not the best to be buying unfortunately!

And there goes my chance of ever completing my pony collection.

I've been trying to track her down for 10 years, but if that's her price now, I guess Gametime is gonna be going it alone for the forseeable future xD. That kind of money is crazy and way out of my price bracket.

Last time I saw her on ebay it was $200, but the thing is, Sugarcake is Sugarcake and, if I remember right (need to ask Uni), she;s the one Hasbro ran out of when the MO was running. There must be more out there...but yeah, she's a problem pony >< Forget Rapunzel. Sugarcake is way worse to track down. I have seen 10 Rapunzels on ebay for every Sugarcake I've ever seen, but it's the first time Sugarcake's begun to meet the price rise of Rapunzel...

I guess everyone has Punzie and now is looking for Sugarcake...sigh.

Sugarcake took me forever to find - especially at a "reasonable" price.  I mean, I ended up paying $125 for her, but it was well worth it.

Best of luck to everyone on their Baby Sugarcake hunt!!   She's on a lot of people's want lists simply because she just never seems to come up!
