Flock is mostly nice, just some bare spots on the lip, ear tips, wing tips, and a bit worn around the neck. The mane and tail seemed kind of pale at first, but the tail pinked up pretty nicely after I washed it (haven't washed the mane yet, I'm very nervous about handling SS ponies)

Oh, how fun to find a pony in Goodwill! A price check on her is kind of hard; I feel like she's gone for more in the past, but right now a Wind Whistler like yours might go for $3 to $5, I think? I think when buying her people look for bright pink hair and perfect flocking. If you wash her mane out, maybe it will improve like her tail. You can just shampoo and condition her mane; shouldn't hurt her. Hope that helps!

She does look to have quite a bit of flocking loss more than just minor flocking loss levels unfortunately and her hair does appear faded badly (not completely as you mention - pink washes out so badly in pictures - but certainly more than original). I would go around the $4 mark for her in that condition.

I usually find her around 15-20 bucks in various conditions, occasionally i'll find her for 10.
