i had a random thought today. Have you seen or heard of flat Stanley. It's a flat paper boy you send somewhere and the person you send it to takes pictures about the adventure with flat Stanley. They then send flat Stanley home. Sometimes with goodies.

So here is my pony related thought. Arena member send a blind bag to arena member B. Arena member B takes the blind bag on an adventure of their area. They can take pictures or video. Then they post the pictures and media on the arena. Arena member B send the blind back to the arena member. Goodies can be added but not required. I want this to be fun and low cost.

At this point I am gathering interest and mods approval. I am open to ideas and I will answere any questions as soon as I can.

We have had this happen before - DJ once went around the world and I believe some members sent their persona ponies to one another a year or so ago.

This is not a swap however therefore you would most likely not need mod approval. I will warn you in advance however that as great an idea as this is, make sure if you are organising that you check in with everyone in the process regularly and check feedback and commitment levels (especially to potential shipping costs). Previous experiences in similar events unfortunately always seem to encounter problems.

I am ver grateful for all the feedback and inside. I really do appreciate it. For some reason my I pad custs my posts at time so not all of my message was posted before. I will looking to organizing it sometime here soon. But I like what I hear and all feedback is most appreciated.

My thoughts are to just to send one person. So person A would send to person B. Person B would send to person C. Person C sends to person A. Then each person sends back their pony. No more then $5.00 in goodies. This is mostly to see the adventures of the different pony peeps.

Thinking of how long some one should take with the pony. Is 5 days too long or short?
