G1 plushie eye color matches?

I have Cotton Candy with horribly rubbed eyes and Blossom that could use a little help. I know that most people use sharpies to fix them. But do you just do the black or do you try to match the colors on the other parts of the eye too? Has anyone found sharpie matches for those colors? Or if you have any other fixes, any help would be appreciated! Poor Cotton Candy is missing more than half of her eyes.

If the damage is that severe I'd repaint them.  Sharpie is ok for a touchup but not really for a major repair.

I would second that. The sharpie/pen never quite matches on close inspection; you are better to start from the beginning with a solid colour over the whole eye.

I would second the going for a full re-paint. Then you don't get that weird off color sharpie glare. Sealing is super easy you could use gloss mod podge...

Thanks for the tips!! I'll have to try that. Today I picked up another Blossom and Firefly while thrifting. Of course they have bad eyes. Can't really complain though when they are just a dollar!
