PC on retro shop find

So today I finally made it back to the retro/vintage shop in my hometown. I only get to go in a couple times a year... they had a couple G1s I had already, some G3s, a couple G4s and a ton of G3 McPonies displayed around a couple G3 playsets.

To be honest they tend to price G3s a little high but at the same time, they're constantly running sales so I seldom end up paying full price. I picked up all 4 G3s they had there, as I didn't have any of them. Here's what I got:

Cotton Candy II (Seaspray pose)
Piccolo
Comet Tail
Comic Con "Graffiti" pony

These four cost me $23 altogether as the owner gave them to me for even cheaper than the 40% off sale price. I think the Comic Con pony makes up for the others, and honestly even if I ended up overpaying I don't mind too much for the sake of supporting a small local shop, but I'm not too good on G3 pricing, especially the exclusives. Did I do okay?

I don't keep up on G3 prices but I would have been willing to pay that price for those ponies.  The Cotton Candy in Sea Spray's pose isn't nearly as common as her first release and Comet Tail is a popular pony with collectors.  The Comic Con pony is definitely worth the most from that lot.  Overall I think you did fine.

I agree with Cricket! You did all right :-) Next time you'll have to post pics of the pony display at this shop! It sounds neat!

Sounds like a lovely deal! Congrats on them all. The regular G3s will be in the $3-5 range each but with the CC pony she is $20. So great!
