Thank you all! ^^ In the end I decided "she" was better as a "he" and his name is Charlie now, lol.

And for the chest fluff i just put a big chunk of clay on his chest, rounded it out and got it where I wanted it, and then hacked the hell out of it with scissors, lol. Just small snips all over with the tips of the scissors. I didn't manage to get a very good picture of the fluff, it looks better in person, even though like 5 of the little fluff pieces broke off accidentally. It's not really noticeable though.
