I received these in a lot and I have no idea what they are and was hoping someone here might have seen them before

They are 3" in diameter and have a sort of clip thing on the back

I haven't seen them before, but maybe they clip onto the stick of a balloon? I'm thinking of those smaller foil balloons that are sold on a stick in card stores, gift shops, flower shops, ect. That is totally a guess! Maybe someone else knows for sure...

Haha when I saw them I thought they clipped onto the old wires that were on children bicycles.

They were originally part of a set of puffy coat hangers. The little bit at the back gripped the vertical section of the hanger handle and the circle sat over the middle of the hanger. Super cute!

Are they decorative peg-clips for a display?  The backs look like they could hold foamcore together...
