Yep, never released. It's a darn shame because she's a really pretty pony. Cute Curtsey is so special to me if she was released I would do a lot of things to get my hands on her 

What really gets me is that it does't really look like Cute Curtsey, like Winter Pinkie Pie isn't a totally different pony, Winter Minty isn't a totally different pony, so why Cute Curtsey? I dunno, but I love her anyway.

Yes unfortunately she never actually made it to release. Such a pretty set it would have been as well!
