I would have no idea how to go about cutting or setting anything into a necklace or ring, but that would be amaaaazing to learn! Love stones of the most varied, have a huge collection, and I must tell you to be careful with the form of opal lapidation because depending on the heat it can lose color, since it has a lot of water in its chemical composition and it is relatively fragile, prefer cabochon model instead of diamond, although I like most of your model, as seems more natural, great job.
