She has completely plummeted in price in the last couple of years. You used to not be able to pick her and the twins up loose for under $200 - now you can grab mum for $30 or less a lot of the time. I think she is just one of those that not everyone is on the look out for that way. However, as with many MOC/MIB items I would not be surprised if she would go much higher you are right
