Could I have a quick Price Check on Windy please Her body and eyes are in great condition but her tail is super dry and frizzy (hence the platt) and her mane is going dry at the ends

Looking at the Completed ebay auctions
there were not many up for sale at all and the last one I found went for $165.00 back in August.  In fact looking at the Quality of ponies coming from Peru, which is really poor, I would say yours is in Very nice condition so Maybe $200.00.

She does tend to be a popular one. I would tentatively have said $150-180.

I'm wondering how much a rehaired one is worth

May be around $100-140 rehaired, I'm not sure since rehairs are not to everyone's taste.
