When I was at Target last night, all of the Equestria Girls stuff was at the end of the aisle, while all of the pony stuff was actually in the aisle. It made me happy that I didn't have to see those ugly dolls mixed in with ponies.

The last pony I bought was the snow globe Luna. I can't remember the last brushable, simply because there's been no new ones to buy.

i definitely collect, and will continue to collect some blind bags and the snowglobe ponies, but as for anything else, i wouldn't really be interested in anything other than new brushable characters that don't have to be purchased in huge playsets. the lack of variety is kinda getting to me regarding all the other g4 merch.

At first I was buying the different versions of ponies, but so many of the same ponies came out this year with varying amounts of cutie marks splashed all over them that I gave up.

I did get the snowglobe ponies, and a couple of the rainbow hair ponies.

I've pretty much given up on G4. Their brushables are going in the same direction as the G3 "Bore 7."

I guess you can say that I'm technically still actively buying, but like everyone else, it's mostly just catching up. I've been buying the BaBs as they come out and the last two brushables I bought were Nurse Redheart and Rarity's G4zilla, but before that, I hadn't bought anything pony in like 2 months. My money has definitely been going to other things. I'll be doing my best to keep up with releases of new characters coming up and 4DE's plush whenever those happen.

Of course very much actively collecting Funko vinyls forever, my favorite things to collect. As for anything else G4 well I still collect a few blind bags that I like (new character molds only usually) As for brushables I'm not really interested in the tacky new ones coming out, I kinda gave up collecting them I might get the Sweetie Drops because she is one of my favs. As for Fashion Style/Talking completely stopped collecting those and sold all my MIB collection awhile back. I picked up hasbros 2014 SDCC exclusive because I liked the new character and shes like a Funko. As for anything else G4 I don't collect will never go near an Equestria girl doll, the only brushables I would be into would be boys.

I am collecting Funkos & a few Bab ponies, the new toys aren't very appealing to me. I will buy Apple & RD zilla if they ever get here though :3

Nope!  I have one more non mane six brushable to track down and then I'm done.  I have no interest in merchandise or the same ponies released over and over again.

Mm.. I got into G4 a lot later than most people here (didn't really get bitten by the G4 bug until Lyra/Trixie/Cherry Berry showed up in the UK.. I did have a few before that, but that was what *really* started my G4 collection, if that makes sense) so a lot of my G4 buys have been catching up on what I missed anyway.. I've never, ever been interested in the whole "same pony but with an extra colour in her hair/extra symbols down her leg/glittery symbol/etc" thing, even back when they were doing that in G3.. Also have no interest in Funkos.

Basically, I'll buy any new characters if I like them! I'm waiting for Bon Bon and a few of the wave 11 blind bags, plus some of the upcoming Equestria Girls (what can I say, the Rainbow Rocks dolls are cute x). G1 has more-or-less always been my "main" gen since I really started collecting, though, so.. idk if anything's changed for me really, haha.

I've been buying very little of G4 lately, and pretty much for the reasons many in this thread have said.    I think all of the G4 stuff I got in the last year would be the Photo Finish brushable, the second 'Favorites Collection' (with Chrysalis etc.), some of the mini figure sets, and a Minty brushable from eBay.  I still browse the MLP aisle at Target and Toys R Us occasionally, but I don't fervently pursue any specific G4 stuff.  If there are new brushables I come upon (like Holly Dash or Redheart, etc.), I may consider buying them.  There's just nothing all that interesting to me that's out right now.

Not really.  I'm waiting to see how the rainbow haired TAf si gle brushables look but otherwise I'm currently not that interested.
