PC: SHS did they come with skirts?

I bought these girls a few years back from the original owner.
They came with their respective skirts on, I've never paid much attention until now(ready to pass them along).
All are mint except for Cha Cha who has lost her earing.
The white one has ulta vivid pink hair, but it doesn't show up well on my camera.
Do these skirts belong to the SHS or MLP at all?

The one on Cha Cha (yellow w/ aqua hair, pink skirt) looks original, but I don't think the others are.

I'd be interested in Sweet Sundrop; I have all of her accessories, but need an upgrade for the pony.

They're so adorable!  I can't help at all on price or the authenticity of the skirts, but I love them!

I agree with KPF, Cha Chas looks original but the others look like replacement.

The ruffles were actually supposed to be used by the little girls as hair bobbles as well as pony accessories - hence why so many have broken elastic or are lost over the years. I would guess these girls got replacement skirts at some point.

I finally found a reference photo and Cha Cha is the only original sskirtThe elastic is mint, and skirt itself is lovely.

I figure Regular market value for the Shs.
is Cha Cha's skirt of value on its own?

$10 for skirts, maybe more. Or maybe a little less with stretched elastic.

They are one of those odd accessories. They are really hard to find but not everyone is on the look out for them. I would think the $12-14 for the common ones, such as Cha Cha and Pretty Belle; pushing up to $16 for the other couple.

ohhhhhhhhhhhh I am willing to pay 20 euro for each original skirt - am looking for them a long time so badly want them

Yeah, the ponies are only worth maybe $10 each, but the accessories are htf and can raise the price a lot.  Those perfume bottles are really htf.  The combs resemble the star princess picks but have less glitter, like the Sweetsteps Ballerinas.
