I know that Mrs. Cake has the new fatter head and would like to know which other G4 ponies do as well.

The regular brushables from the second favourites collection, Shadowbolt RD, Pinkie Pie's Boutique, and the Crystal Princess Celebration were when I first noticed the new head mold being discussed, and I believe moving forwards they come standard (Rainbow Power/Rocks/Neon, single bagged ponies, etc.) The princess molds may not have had new heads until the Fantastic Flutter ponies though, as those were the first I recall having melty/bulgy issues.

I don't know if any baby ponies have difference in head mold as I haven't found any of the newer sets, and I'm unsure about Through The Mirror ponies as well, as they never came to Australia. I don't believe fashion style ponies have any differences as my Rainbow Power Rarity is much the same as ever. :)

I think all new releases do. My Masquerade Sunset Shimmer does.

I think the second favorites collection coming out was the first time I heard of the new head mold. :)

I snapped a few quickly. The Rarity's and Sunset are newer with the head mold, Pinkie is from the first favorites collection.
The heads are wider and the muzzle is higher set. There is also mold lines on their heads :(

I think it makes their noses look super pointy, which I don't like :(

Yup, as others have mentioned its now every pony - so any release from early this year is likely to have the new style.

I think Sunset Shimmer has Cadence's head, doesn't she?  Which might be why it's fatter.

It's just the regular one. Cadance's Horn is longer. :)

I believe they're trying to make them more show accurate. The old heads had muzzles pointing too far down, and were overall not round enough. While these aren't completely accurate, they're better as far as shape. The heads are still too large, though, and now they're bigger. They need to take care of the scrunchiness on the neck as well. Overall, I appreciate their effort. Unless, of course, they did this for no reason and I'm just overthinking it.
Here's my ACNH creator code. I thought I might share it, since I have quite a few pony designs.
