Halloween Swap for babyblueducky

Babyblueducky had neon colors on her list so I tried to incorporate those preferences into the first custom.  I went with a theme other had tried before, the candy corn dragon. Since Babyblueducky didn't want much heavy sculpting that could get broken I used worbla (a heat reactive plastic) on this custom instead of clay.  It doesn't take paint quite as well, but it's very strong..

The next thing on Babyblueducky's list was phantom of the opera. I decided on a gradient blue fbr to mimic nighttime colors.  Then I painted the mural from the iconic scene on the flank.  It is sealed with testors dull coat, painted with acrylics.

these were really creative. i wouldnt have expected to get something like these customs in the swap. thank you for my 2 customs. i am glad they werent damaged during shipping.

I love that you used a purple base for the candycorn dragon, all the colors really pop! Using worbla was such a cool idea too. I like the blues you used for the gradient on the PotO pony, and those symbols...I can't even draw people well, let alone painting their faces on pony rumps!

Phew, that's a lot of candy corn "scales"!  Nicely done!  Love her hair, too  ^.^

And that Phantom pony...VERY COOL.  Great hair on her, too - may I ask what colors you used?
