wanting to commission someone to draw my ocs (artists found)

I am looking for someone to draw a couple of pictures of my OC characters.  I have had two different commissions before from the arena and they both turned out fantastic.

of course I am willing to pay you for your work. But I am on a budget so I cannot afford  to pay the earth but I am not expecting it for a pittance either   

I am not overly concerned with the style  to be honest and as long as the characters in the pics are my ocs then it is really up to you how the picture is turned out. I love different types of art work and how other people interpret the characters.

I can provide other pictures and information if you like  but below are pics if the two of them for now.

I was going to go with traditional art,

I had a bit of an obsession with yugioh once up on a time so combined them when I got back in to ponies.
