Looking for shindow! (Edit: Recieved pony!)

Hey all. I'm trying to find shindow since I have only heard from her twice since I paid for the pony August 29th. I was told I would get a tracking number by the end of the week and I heard nothing and received nothing.

I asked where my pony was on September 4th and she told me she had to pay rent and my pony would be out ASAP and again, I would receive tracking.

That was the last time I heard from her. I sent another PM again asking where my pony is three days ago and apparently she's been offline since the 10th.

Does anyone know where she is? I may be a little on edge from my last Arena transaction but I'm starting to get a little frustrated with the lack of communication.

EDIT OCTOBER 2ND: Over a month and a half later and still no pony. After four missed deadlines shindow herself set and constant excuses and broken promises, I'm fed up. I issued a deadline for a tracking number. If I do not get a tracking number by the deadline, I'm filing a dispute.

EDIT OCTOBER 6TH: After more excuses, pony finally shipped today.

EDIT OCTOBER 8TH: Recieved pony. Not in perfect condition (box has a slight visible crease to the front) but that's my fault since I didn't ask for pictures. Appropriate feedback will be left.

Oh, geez, Corona, I can't believe this is happening again! I'm so sorry...hopefully someone can get hold of her on Facebook? You might want to send a PM to a mod as well. They may have her email address and they can maybe do something for you

I am sorry to hear she is giving you the run around and not communicating. Hopefully she responds soon, if not I would maybe give it a week and open a case, that may get her attention.

I cant offer any better advice than you already have here, I just hope that she will respond to your email and send your pony. Please let us know how it goes.
 I would hate for this to turn out to be another bad trader , especially so soon after the last one

Thanks for the advice, guys. There's no email listed on her profile but there is a Twitter. I'll try that and give it a week for either a tracking number, refund, or dispute. (I did pay shipping so I'm confused as to why paying rent would prevent shipping.)

Considering this is the second time I've been taken on a ride with this specific pony, I think I'll start calling stores instead.

ETA: Twitter page doesn't exist. If anyone can contact her on my behalf please do. I have no way to do so.

Small update: Got back in contact on the 20th. I was given another excuse and promised a tracking number by that Tuesday and it's now Friday with no response from the seller who vanished again.

Overall I'm not happy at all by this transaction.

I'm so sorry, Corona. Make sure you stay in touch with the Mods and if you can, create a PayPal dispute. I hate that our Arena is looking so poorly to you with these last two transactions...Please know that this is really abnormal and unusual for this place. In all the transactions I've done (over 150) I've only been involved in 2 bad ones. Please try not to lose faith in our Arena, and leave bad feedback for Shindow on her Profile Page immediately to warn others who may not be aware of this thread. If she comes clean you can always change it, according to the Mods

Another small update: Was promised a tracking number Sunday. Nothing since. If it was sent Monday it should be here relatively soon.

Seashellnbubbles: I'm not entirely put off Arena transactions (I rarely do them hence the low feedback) but I'll definitely be a bit more thorough in the future. I've had way more great transactions and only two not so great ones.

ETA: No tracking number, no pony, no communication. I'm done with excuses. I have alerted the seller that if I do not get a tracking number by next Monday, I will be filing a dispute with Paypal.

I think your decision to open a case is wise. While I do understand that RL can get in the way, it's more important for you to protect yourself.

Got a tracking number created October 3rd and the pony shipped today with another excuse. Probably will not buy from this user again.
