I can add so much for now: As most of the fair/con ponies she will be PICK UP only.

For clarification: She is a custom pony made exclusively for UK PonyCon.

For those in the US who really really want one - you might ask people who are attending to pick one up for you.
However we were thinking about limiting numbers people can purchase - basically to keep it fair (because we had the same difficulties as other fairs in the past with people buying in bulk and not leaving enough "stock" for convention attendees), but we haven't made any decisions on that at this time.

While I dont know for certain my guess on this one would be due to the US Fair being a Hasbro event whereas the UK Con has no ties to Hasbro at all.

I agree with what Hathorcat has said. Despite approaching Hasbro for an exclusive in the past couple of years, I believe that they were only prepared to manufacture an "exclusive" with a minimum run of 1000 so it was not viable. They don't seem to get involved in the UK con.
