More G1s in IDW comics

I just got the new Princess Celestia micro mini comic fun pack, and in the comic found some G1 ponies.  In the first panel I spot Gusty and maaaybe Powder just behind her.  Who else can you spot?

Also this is kind of unrelated but on the very first page in this comic book there is a Gordon Ramsey pony and it totally made me crack up!

I don't think that that's baby quackers or baby cuddles. The rainbow hair filly has wings and I think that the baby cuddles look-a-like has a hair brush as a cutie mark.

I looooove baby surprises hair! It's soooo cute with that bow! But I think that that's a baby sea shell! I think baby bow tie shows up too?

Also in that same comic are sailor chibi moon, sailor saturn, sailor pluto, sailor uranus and Neptune! I love finding the little artist Easter eggs/ shout outs like those and the Gordon Ramsey ponies in the comics!

And I'm sure two of them are Bubbles and Seashell, we don't see the symbols, but the colors match.

They probably would.  Collectors would clap them up obviously.  Little girls would also want the new ponies and parents would be more willing to open their wallets since they aren't just another version of the Mane 6.

Yeah, it is pretty hilarious how he is just all "urge to kill" in the background   I would love to see someone make a custom of him with his rage face, lol!

Indeed they are usually $4, but sometimes you can find them for $3 if you are lucky.

I don't know if I'll capture the rage face, but I am SO going to make a plushie eventually. The weird thing is how eerily close the comic came to matching the image in my head of a ponified Ramsay. About the only difference is I pictured an earth pony and they made him a unicorn.

Wal-Mart only charged me $2 and something for the Twilight and Rainbow micro comic packs. If they pick up the new ones, they will probably cost the same.
