It looks a bit like a Littlest Pet Shop toy to me but someone more knowledgeable will probably have a better idea. Whatever it is, it's incredibly groovy!

I got the pink cat in a Value Village bag just a few days ago! She's cute, but I wasn't planning on keeping her. If anyone wants a sparkly pink kitty, let me know and we can work something out.
