Heres my rarest g3 pony.. Prototype Weddingbelle.. I made that name for her so she would have a name of her own..
She looks to have been a prototype of glitter belle.. Looks more like a wedding pony to me.. :)

She's pretty hard to find but I don't know her current value. I saw recently the 2007 Comic Con pony went way up in price but I haven't seen 2009 in a long time. Someone might know for sure!
