Whichever clothing fits the pony, in my opinion! I don't "play" with my ponies and once they've found a spot they tend not to get moved much, so whatever looks best, static. :)

Sculpted or sewn clothing: I love sewn clothing, but sculpted can look really nice too, so whichever is better for the custom is fine with me ^^
