If you know your partner has likes other than those on the form, either through knowing them a little over time or from hardcore stalking, is it okay to involve those, too? Or is it better to just stick to the stuff on THIS form?
I have a huge list of likes and dislikes linked in my signature that I keep there for my partners to be inspired by. I did make the Halloween inspiration page on pinterest as well seen here: http://www.pinterest.com/urocyonfox/halloween-inspirations/ but I'm sure I probably left stuff out somewhere so sure if you want to stalk and learn do it. I do want it to be Halloween-ish or creepy to have the Halloween feel but otherwise I'm ok with it.

Do you have a preference between sculpted or sewn clothing?
If its a long thing that covers feet I prefer sewn, if its shorter where you can see feet I prefer sculpted. I am not one for floor length anything though, I've seen great customs with long flow-y dresses, kimonos, ect and they're pretty, but they're not my cup of tea. Sewing or sculpting, both are fine as long as the focus is still the pony

How do people feel about perfume puff style?
I dislike perfume puffs about as much as everyone else dislikes BBEs. No thank you. I've seen where people use yarn hair and water/glue to style it like certain ponies (I know there's a Lyra around here somewhere and I think a Twilight that have been done that way) and I think those are alright, but the afro puff crud, noooo thank you. I would re-hair every perfume puff I had if I didn't trade them and rid myself of them quicker than a gangrenous limb. Long story short, no no perfume puffs here please.

Ok partner, I have a question since I'm sitting looking at this pony scared to touch it at the moment. Would you prefer a "safe" pony? Simple and one I know I can do well? Or one I took a risk and really tried on, but may not end up totally perfect? I mean, if it's completely awful, of course I'll make another pony anyway, but...... Oh you know what I mean! I'm sure you've all been there at some point! So take the risk? Or something flawless? Or well relatively speaking as actual "flawless" doesn't seem to be in my bag of tricks too often.
Go ahead and be creative! I am totally ok with receiving an experimental pony that may have a few flaws oppose to a flawless simple pony. It gives people the chance to try new things and see if they like/dislike techniques and things.

I like Day of the Dead themes. Most of the time, yes. 

I think I have the beginning of an idea. I may need to change it up from the actual and I'm trying to decide if I should buy a new bait...

3. Day of the Dead - I'm in the minority here, in that I'm not such a fan of dotd designs.

I love that fabric though!
