Wait were popples marketed toward girls? Weird, I always thought they were of those sets of toys that all little kids had. Like the "pillow pets". Are pillow pets marketed toward a specific gender and I didn't know it?I agree with True that alot of toys are all blending together, one toy becomes popular with its 'new' style then everything else jumps on board. I believe thats why the g3.5s look the way they do, they were trying to match littlest petshop, bratz, and all the other big head little body toys that were out around that time. Honestly I get a little angry when I see people who like the big headed littlest petshop toys but hate on g3.5.... they're the same thing....

I hope the plushes are cute. The drawing is cute, but kind of . . . generic-cute? Like, I wouldn't actually have recognized those as popples if it weren't in a popple related thread.
