Found counterfeit plushies being sold in a store

You're right. They're not. The sale of counterfeit items is illegal in the US. If it does bother you that much, you could try informing the store owners of what they're selling. That will sometimes get them to stop selling them. If they don't...there's not much you can do other than completely reporting them. Though I'm not sure who you would report that to. The police or Hasbro? Though you probably don't want to take it that far?

What kind of store was it?
There's some small chains like "Too Cool" that sell lots of fake merchandise.
There might be a chance that they don't know any better, but they also might have full knowledge that they're buying/selling cheap knockoffs.

Yeah, legally they should not be sold and not just in the US but anywhere. But the retailer is unlikely to be silly enough to be unaware of what they are selling. The items don't actually claim to be licensed so it seems most likely both parties are aware and just engaging in selling a popular, counterfeit, product. If you dont like it, you can report it to your equivalent of Trading Standards/Customs or even Hasbro themselves.

Its an anime store. Everything in it was from China, so im sure half of it is unliscenced.

They were $25 or $30, Can't remember which.

The new game store that just opened nearby here also has these, along with a ton of unliscened pokemon plush (look to be the same company) and other things. They were on the same rack/display as the TY mini ponies. Sucks but there's not much you can do about it.  They were 22$ CAN.

That's the Chinese ones made by OnlyFactory that people are so hyped over. First I've heard of them being sold in a store. I just put a buck towards getting Flutterbat and Filly Luna and Celestia being made by them on their site (all designs have to have at least 300 pledges to be put into production. If they don't make it you get your dollar back).
