Ahh good old Skyfi...she's the one who started it all for me...

Back in February 2003, I was happily browsing a website I used to be onregular and someone mentioned MLP. I remembered I'd had loads of ponies when I was but a small Carrie and for a laugh decided to pop onto ebay to see if there was any I'd recognise. Imagine my surprise when TWENTY pages of ponies popped up :O!! Browsing through them, I noticed one said US exclusive Sky Flier. In a second, I'd made a bid in the closing minutes of the auction for what reason I could not fathom. Well crud, says I, at leaast if I win her, i can give her to my niece or something right?
Well, needless to say I won the auction. Sent off my postal order-no paypal for me back then-and waited, still convinced the pony would go to my niece.
She arrived a week or so later, just as I was leaving for work. I stopped to open the envelope and took her out. She was cute, just as cute as I remembered from my childhood, those pretty little ponies. I left her on my desk and went off to work.
She stayed on my desk for a few days. I didn't see my niece during this time and then...well...I decided that the pony was going to stay with me... and she needed a friend.
And thus...it began....
