Not really, aside from Disney which I feel is a breed of its own. I'm scared of heights, going fast, and not into adrenaline highs so all those scary rides are out for me !

As far as large gatherings of people doing something fun goes - I'm more into geek conventions and renaissance faires. :)

I've never been to one of the bigger ones. Doesn't strike my fancy...

I only love Disney parks (only been to the Paris and Tokyo ones) and Parc Asterix. I love their rollercoasters, the atmosphere and everything about them! Disneyland Paris is one of my favorite places in the world :)

I've been to all the major ones in England (Alton Towers, Chessington, Thorpe Park, etc.) and ehm... I hate them all. Okay, to be fair - I enjoyed them when I was a kid, but as an adult I have no interest in them. The only park over here that Iwould be interested in re-visiting would be Legoland (no, not because of the movie - But because it's the only park over here that I only visited once).

I used to go to Paramount's Carowinds here practically once a year when I was in elementary and middle school and I'm just itching to back some time in the near future.

The closest thing to an amusement park that I get to go to on a yearly basis is the Coastal Carolina Fair. xD

Used to live 45 minutes from Cedar Point. We would get to skip a day of school each May as long as our grades were good to go. Now that I'm an adult and can ride the 'real' rides, I don't really go. I don't like heights. I like the spinney rides though. They are also too expensive. Cedar Point is now $17 just to park.
