You could clip the pony points off the box and send them in for mail order merchandise, like the ponies Dazzle Surprise and Sunset Shimmer, or the huge Frilly Frocks plush toy.  There were some other items available too, like a charm bracelet and a playmap.

I love pony points program! I got dazzle surprise, sun shimmer and love wishes! I was too late for the giant frilly frocks though! wish hasbro still did the points program!
