Ok, only sun, but what about eyes and cutie marks? I have to cover them with sth? Or the sun doesent affect them?

No, they have to be covered. I use white acrylic paint, about 3 layers over eyes, symbols and blush. Which was a pain in the butt to cover all those strawberries and vines on Sugarberry, but definitely worth it!

When done sunfading, you can remove the paint with rubbing alcohol.

I only have after pictures, always forget to take before pictures.

Those sun fade ponies are just amazingly white. I need to try that.

Yes, you can. I had faded TE gingerbread once. All I did was take some wet toilet paper and put it over her eyes (she had spots allover her neck and backside). It's cheap way to mummify spots that you don't want faded OR you could just wrap the rest of the pony up in a towel or something of that nature leaving only the back end exposed (maybe take her tail out if you're ok with taking heads off)...
