Just noticed that the relese date is my birthday!! Nice!!! Not that it matters as I got all my MLP DVDs (all uncut plus the Tales series) for a very low price (NZD$9.99 ea or $29.99 for a 3 disc box set). In fact I can still get some of the DVDs if I hunt for them. I know of 2 shops that still have the box set of the Tales series.

I do have the original DVDs that came out years ago but I will definitely buy this, too!  Glad it is finally getting released again.  Maybe Tales will be later!

This is awesome for those collectors that don't have the first set. I'll be picking this up and I hope it sells well enough for them to continue the trend and release Tales. I never really got to see it way back when.  I read somewhere they are planning a DVD with Escape from Catrina so I hope they do the same for Rescue at Midnight Castle and the movie.

How cool! I wish they would release the "Escape from Katrina" and "Firefly's Adventure" in the original uncut versions. Based on the description I am not getting my hopes up (since it says part 1 and part 2).. but a girl can dream. ;D

The Complete series set has list price of $29.93, though it just appeared on Amazon.com for pre-order and the price at the moment is $20.95. I just personally pre-ordered my set.
