Omg I would sooooo freak out for a US released box set for MLP Tales! Maybe after this set....

The only sad part is it's NOT going to be the complete versions of Escape From Katrina and RaMC, as they list them as episodes.  Unless they also have them on the disc as the full versions, but I won't be holding my breath.

Ugh, good point. If they're listed as episodes, they would be the shorter versions. Sigh.

Imagine that here on Spain im going to continue being friendly-harassed by a (non small) bunch of collectors who want one of the extremly rare nowdays copies of the G1 in spanish (and in vhs rip and blood eye quality) who i save on my hard disk and keep like a treasure.

Hasbro..damm it...not only the English people want a decent re-relase of the G1 in good quality...¿you keep it?

By the way...use the uncut version of Rescue at Midnight Castle...PLEASE

Here never existed a ``full spanish-castellan´´ track, we heard the G1 when we was kids in neutral-latin dub (Mexican) who, if i didn´t remember bad still was used in some G1 DVD releases in South America. So i imagine that could be recovered. Or in the worst case, a new dub from 0, not is the first old show that do this here (Ducktales, Chip N Dale..)

But please Hasbro...Transformers from the 80s had here a DVD release  here no much time ago with all the show and movies (and the original voices, who was also in latin spanish too, as MLP)...You COULD DO the same with MLP.

I'll definitely be getting this - I wasn't really in the fandom, so to speak, when the original DVDs came out, and I'm not willing to pay $100 for DVDs - but this is amazing!! I hope the specials will be uncut, I won't be surprised if they're the edited-for-time versions, though :< But either way, how awesome!

Yay!  I had season one and season two but in my second "I'm done with MLP" thing again I sold them to FYE a long time ago and really regret it now and the boxed set is so expensive.  Sorry if this is a dumb question but does this include both seasons one and two?  I hope it includes Escape from Catrina and Rescue At Midnight Castle.

I too have the season 1 box set with g2 art, and am debating trying to sell it now while the price is still high but I'd hate to sell it only to have this version cancelled or be poorer quality...

I have the box set too along with the season 2 dvds. I'm debating if I should sell. If it is the complete series and remastered it be nice to have them all in one set and save shelf space.

On the fence as well as I fear something will happen and this won't be released. Oh well, I actually got all mine for a low price. I guess it doesn't effect me much really. I will be all over this new release though.
