Feedback Question

Can someone please clarify the forum's policy on undeserved negative feedback?  If someone has left negative feedback that has proven to be untruthful is that feedback allowed to stay?  Is it removed or edited?  Thanks!

It depends on whether you have contacted the Mods to explain with full documentation?

*nods in agreement with Loa*   the person who recieved the neg needs to let us know the full story, we look into it, and then we take it from there. It is possible to remove negative feedback but it really does depend on the circumstances -  which is why its important for us to know the details

The entire situation has to be looked at as a whole and evaluated on the details that we are given by both parties.  If the team decides that the negative feedback is unwarranted it can be removed.

If you are having issues I urge you to please PM the appropriate Mods, so it can be looked into.
