how long do you wait?

So I bought a pony from the UK to US. She was shipped on the 28th of last month. They didn't do a tracking number or anything, so I have no way of seeing where she is. How long do I wait until I start worrying?

It's not unusual for it to take up to four weeks coming from the UK. Have you messaged your seller yet to inquire?

I just did, but if it's like any of the other times I've "talked" to them, they may not reply. But, I'll give it another week before getting too worried!

In the past I have had items arrive within a week. Honestly, USPS is getting slow now-a-days...

I think it's ok to be concerned if it's going on a month. I would be also especially with no tracking number. Hopefully it shows up soon for you. Just keep an eye on your 45 day Paypal window in case though.

  While an item *can* reach the US from the UK within 1-2 weeks , its still perfectly normal for an item to take 4 weeks TBH , sometimes a bit longer -especially if there are any holidays around that time - we've had a bank holiday(even though that seems like ages when you're waiting   ) . I wouldnt write the item off as being lost at this point, but contacting the seller is a good idea, as is keeping an eye on your paypal deadline

So, the seller got back to me! It looks like it got half way and then turned around for no reason. This happens sometimes, for some reason my address wont come up on computers about one in every sixteen times. She's going to resend it. Yay!

How strange!   still at least you heard from your seller ,you should be getting your parcel and it isnt lost, so thats good news

That's happened to me before - I believe some twit read the return address (and ignored the "RETURN TO" written above it and that the stamp was a massive international airmail one...) as the recipient address and the parcel was returned to me about 3 weeks after I had mailed it (it only took a week to arrive after I re-posted it. Ridiculous that it took 3x that to be returned to me from within England, which is hardly a big country...)
