Blech, i want to like her but even in box she does very little for me.
It sounds stupid but she isn't "MLP" enough. I can't help but feel she just looks like a purple horse with tentacles.

Those ties holding her in the box are ugly, could they not have found some GREEN ones, or found a way to secure her in the box in a way that wouldn't be glaring and obvious if she was displayed MIB? (yannow, as limited and exclusive items often are!?). Heck, the ties are more blatant than those holding most of the regular MLP toys in the boxes!

I think at this point, Hasbro are trying to please everyone and are in the end pleasing no one. I think the prices should be the other way around, too; the doll looks like she's had far more effort put into her design and execution than the pony.

Sorry, Hasbro, but you've dropped all of the balls.

She really is pretty cool looking. I just can't afford her at $50. If I saw her at TRU for $35 I would get her in a heartbeat.

I must say she looks much better in the box....although the white ties are pretty gross. Maybe they will be easily removable and you could just place her back in???

Regardless this figure is still not for me...but I think for someone else who is into this...it turned out pretty well.....

it's really sad that has to be an option for people who wanna keep her MIB for display. I feel so bad for the long time mlpfair goers who had such beautiful and unique ponies in the past and now they're only option is this.

Are the doll and pony already on sale on Hasbro's website?

I like Mane-aic's glitter and whatnot...but I'm not to keen on spending $50 on a non-brushable pony  may have to wait until I get my OWN paycheck.

No, the doll will only be available at the San Diego comic con, the pony was available last night for pickup at the MLP Fair if you ordered the package that included it. They should go up on the website a week or two after the SDCC

Oh no that stinks!  I thought that at least if they were going to make a pony like this they would go to the effort of making the hair posable.  For me, that would have made up a bit for the price.  But if it isn't bendable-posable I'm not interested in it.  It's hard to believe I could be even *more* disappointed in this exclusive but here we are.
