Mane-Iac not is exactly the character about the bronydom loses their minds...But the thing is that, despite all the critiques, Power Ponies is one of the episodes with the higest audience ratios in the history of the show. Dont be amused why Hasbro choosed this, or why the annual of the MLP comic is this year about power ponies too

So.... is it 50$ for the doll and then 50$ for the pony + spike, or is it 50$ for the doll, pony and spike?  If it's 50$ for all three then maybe it would be worth it.  Is this going to be the MLP fair exclusive too?  Not gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed.

The doll is $30, the pony and spike are $50

That's insane- the doll looks like it's worth more than the pony and spike.

I'd pay like $15 for the pony at the max. $50 for one is outrageous.

I miss when we had a small group, and we got pretty G3 art ponies. But alas, those days are gone. Now, we swim in a sea of over priced molded hair ponies.

I'm not a FiM fan.  Don't get me wrong.  I think FiM is cute and I like some of the toys but I don't even know what this figure is.  A brushable pony would be more in line with the multiple generations of MLP and appeal to a wider fan base.  Even a brushable character I didn't know would still be a pony whereas this is just... weird looking.

Not to be a total hater- I do appreciate having exclusives at the Fair!

If the hair is totally gummed up with glue it is still "brushable hair" to me.  It is the fact that it is real hair that I like.  I don't care that I can't actually style/brush it.  Many of my Disney dolls have gelled hair that I can not brush and I still love them.  I just don't prefer solid plastic moulded hair.

Who do we have to kill to get a nice Discord or Queen Chrysalis figure?  Those are highly loved within the Brony Community!  Mane-iac?  Not so much.

Heck, I'd love to have them make the Discord Lamp.  Now THAT would be an amazing exclusive.

you can probably commission someone to make a Spike that is similar to that After all again that Spike mold is a reuse

The hair probably is real, while it's hard to see there is some hints in the way it just looks to me that says 'doll hair'.. unless they managed to find away to texture it to look like doll hair

Hmmmm.....I am very surprised. I was really expecting them to do something obvious so this was surprising but not really in a good way. I won't be getting these. I don't collect EQG and I don't have 50 bucks to spend on a pony that I think is just ok. I do like that Spike was included though
