I need help with flutter ponies not having their back mechanisms...

So...I have multiple ponies missing back mechanisms...any ideas on where to get more, or should I just scrap trying to find any and just figure out a way to either sculpt something on/glue something on?

I don't know of replacements, but maybe there are some out there.  You could just recreate them with a winger style wing and sculpt your own "plug" and paint it to match?
